Compliance Built so your gym never has to play doctor.
Gym owners are right to be careful here. This is how the program is designed to keep clinical care clinical, and your gym out of it.
The gym does not practice medicine. A licensed clinical practice evaluates members, orders labs and decides on treatment. A licensed pharmacy dispenses medication directly to the patient. Your gym markets the program and coaches training. TOH provides the technology, marketing and administrative services.
The principles
- Clinical decisions stay with licensed providers. No trainer, owner or TOH employee decides who gets treatment.
- Medication never touches your gym. No storage, no injections on the floor, no handling.
- Health information stays private. Members’ health information is handled by the clinical side under HIPAA. Your gym sees program activity, not medical records.
- Honest marketing. No outcome promises, no “guaranteed results,” and clear disclosure that compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
- Staff stay in their lane. We train your team on what to say, and what not to say.
What varies by state
Telehealth, prescribing and corporate-practice rules differ from state to state, and some medications aren’t available everywhere. We review your state on the call, and we encourage every gym to have its own counsel review any agreement.
