Hormones are the conversation your members are already having in the locker room.
The 45-year-old who trains hard and still feels flat. The member whose body changed with menopause. Workouts can’t fix that alone, but a licensed provider and the right labs might help.
Why it fits a gym
- A large share of gym members are in their 30s to 60s, the ages when hormone questions start.
- Women’s hormone care and menopause support are underserved, and members will remember who helped.
- Hormone plans are long-term relationships, and so is a gym membership.
What members experience
- Start through your gym’s link
- Online intake about symptoms and history
- Lab panel ordered by the provider
- Licensed provider visit to review results and options
- Treatment only if appropriate, with ongoing monitoring
What your gym does (and doesn’t)
- Do: point members to the program and keep coaching
- Don’t: suggest anyone needs testosterone, talk dosing, or handle medication
Questions owners ask
Is TRT legal to offer through a gym?
The gym doesn’t offer TRT; licensed providers do. Testosterone is a controlled substance, so it requires a proper provider evaluation, labs and monitoring. Rules vary by state.
Is this for women too?
Yes. Hormone therapy for women, including perimenopause and menopause support, is a core part of the program where providers determine it’s appropriate.
Does every member who asks get treatment?
No. Providers decide based on labs, symptoms and history. Many members simply get clarity from their labs.
